MacBook Air 11" refurb: Upper Case + Track Pad Q's

I'm going to try and do a sort of refurb on my old 11" macbook air 2011. One of my kids "cleaned it" with a spray air freshener and now the keyboard is shot. It's also had a bad track pad for a while now.

Question is, I'm going to try and replace both parts. What parts, beside the pad itself and the upper case, if any will I need? Also, what size/type screw drivers, will I need? I have a P5 and a T5 but I'm already into the process and can see I need something larger for disconnecting the display.

Any other tricky considerations?
