Press and quickly release the volume up button. Press and quickly release the volume down button. Then, press and hold the side button until you see the recovery mode screen. You will then need to connect your iPhone to your Mac or PC and open iTunes and when prompted press restore. If that does not work you may have a bad battery. Hope this helps!
