The User Manual (which you can get online) recommends:
* Cleaning the pickup roller with a lint-free cloth and rubbing alcohol. Just tried that and it enabled my printer to grab 3 pages one after the other (instead of jamming after just one).
* Alternatively, replacing the pickup roller. I see you can order some on Ali Express. Haven't tried that yet.

In the meantime, a temporary solution is to stand by the printer while it prints and manually load one page at a time.
