I’m not sure about the exact substance but I have a good alternative
Ifixit sells Tesa tape which is like the goo you are talking about except it’s in tape form
It’s reusable to a extent and you get a nice amount of it

You will need to apply it under the feet where the goo was as this stuff is double sided tape:-)
