I have the same issues, and it frustrates me because it interrupts my delivery routes. I was told by an expert that it could be a defective screen (the cheap kind) or that I need to clean most parts with a brush and electrical cleaner, but I hope it's a screen because it will take less time to replace than taking all the other parts out to clean it.
