Those big side pads only connect to ground and are just there for support

I wound worry too much about putting them back on,I would put a small amount of superglue at the side of where the pad was to help with giving it some strength

You could also use some really thin solder wick and fill it with loads of solder then carefully scrape back some of the solder mask to make it into a pad(If you need step by step instructions I can give you them but I think the glue is probably the better option)
