URGENT/ ASAP iPhone xr lens replacment without breaking backglass

So
I had a cracked camera lens
I order a new one
I thought I could just put the glass on and glue it and that's it
Turns out I ordered the whole lens so it seems I have to take off the back glass to replace the lens
I'm wondering if there's any work around this
Yes I know there's just the glass you can buy but I already ordered the part so this is NOT what I'm asking for
Please don't give me thus answer, u already know, not usefull
Can I pull the old one out some how?
Or remove the glass without breaking it?
