saleemkhanx001, The first thing to do now, is to stop trying to turn it on and DO NOT connect a charger.

You’ll have to open uptempo phone and remove the parts on the inside, for best results. Inspect the boards closely for corrosion and damage, you’ll need good lighting and possibly a magnifying glass. Use some distilled water and gently use a brush (fex a toothbrush) and clean the boards and case. Apply gentle pressure, but do not overdo it.

Once you gone over it with distilled water, do the same thing with >99% isopropyl alcohol. The IPA displaces the water, and IPA evaporates in seconds to a couple of minutes. Once you’ve cleaned everything with IPA and have let it dry off, make sure once more that there is no damage or corrosion present on the boards.

Connect the screen and battery again and check if it will boot. I prefer to test the devices for 100% functionality before I close it back up. If you’re lucky and there hasn’t been any bad damage, your phone should start again, but remember: even one single drop of water in the wrong place can be truly destructive for a phone!
