darken this looks like a failure with the LCD driver board (in particular with the Gate Drivers). Those boards are not replaceable and are considered to be part of the panel. There is a slight chance that this could be related to the mainboard (GPU failure). I would try and get an inexpensive (maybe used) main board and see if that will help.
