I have a sm-t720 tablet and The digitizer is broken on my tablet but when I try to power it on it only goes on for a second and then shuts back off and it will not charge. is there another underlining problem other than my broken digitizer. I did have it in storage for 3 months.

I have a samsung SM-T720 that is a samsung 5e If I can remember that far back when it first came out. I had to leave my house in a hurry due to fire damage. I left in a hurry with very minimal stuff and had to leave my tablet behind. It was in a pod in my driveway in sometimes over 100 degree heat. When I was able to use it again I noticed a crrack in the digitizer. I wanted to try and change the digitizer myself ( I have done it once before successfully) Every where I looked the digitizer for that model is over 100$. I don't have that kind of money right now. So I was wondering if I can use a good ribbon from the same model tablet and put it on a random digitizer and it might work. Or use the ribbon on that tablet and put it on a different model digitizer and it work properly. Please let me know if that is possible. I really hope you understand what I am asking.
