Afterglow glows, but doesn't work 2

Hi, I got an Afterglow Wired Xbox360 controller about a two months ago and I connected it to my Windows 10 64 bit PC. It was working perfectly, I stopped playing and the next day I connected it again but this time it only turned on the chassis led and the PC didn´t recognize it.

So, How can I solve this problem since it doesn't recognize the control in any way?
