First off, NO! If you're below 9.00, do not update to above that.

CE-35888-2 is mismatched mother/daughterboard. If you are getting that error from hardware that you bought that claimed to be matched, they lied to you. OR because it was being shipped and handled outside of the console, it's possible the ESD damaged the Renesas chip. These are encrypted to match a very specific APU/NOR/Syscon set.

If the Renesas is dead or mismatched, there is no way for you to force a match.

This is why, no offense, if you had a BLOD PS4, I'm not sure why you wouldn't just get a different PS4 and sell the BLOD for parts. Replacing the mobo seems like so much more hassle and risk of exactly what you're experiencing.
