Try running the audio troubleshooter. Open a command prompt window by typing CMD in the search box at the bottom of your display. Right-click ***Command Prompt*** from the list of options and select ***Run as an administrator***.
In the command prompt window, copy and paste the following and follow the prompts:
***%systemroot%\system32\msdt.exe -id AudioPlaybackDiagnostic***
Select your speaker from the list of audio playback options to troubleshoot it.
