Have you tried anything in particular to fix this? I have not actually seen this specific panic before but just from the way the panic reads it sounds like it could a software issue. It's saying the instructions it's given are not valid. That could be because the software is corrupted. The software could be corrupt because of a hardware issue.

It also sounds like this could be related to the NAND storage. Since that's where kernel instructions would be stored.
