@jamesfrantz11 That looks an awful lot like 1 completely failed LED strip, and one on the way out. If you shine a flashlight at an angle, on the right side (where the black ”stripe” is), in a darkened room, do you see shapes/shadows corresponding to what should be there? It will be very faint, but should be discernible. If the answer is yes, you have a LED backlight that’s about to fail and will need to be replaced.

Unfortunately, a lot of TV manufacturers use sub par parts, especially on the backlight, which makes them the first to fail. If it’s the case, it’s not super hard to replace them, but will require a little bit of space and time. We can help find the parts, if we can confirm it’s the backlight strips.
