Hi Jason,
What kind of replacement screen did you get? I can't remember where I saw it (or even if it was specific to iCopy), but I read that one programmer specifically said it didn't support the Incell LCDs. I'll see if I can find that reference, but it's a moot point if you bought an OLED replacement and not a cheap LCD.
-Having used device programmers for years, it's possible you're getting a false positive on the data being written. Can you read back the data written to the replacement screen and verify that it matches what you read from the original screen?
