Looks like it blew right of the solder pads but leaving those intact. You can resolder a new fuse (trying to establish which kind is needed). Something is shortening out on the board. Schematics are not available, which makes it harder to determine what is going on. Of course, you can always see if you find an inexpensive replacement for it.
