There's always a reason why a fuse blows so whatever caused it to happen may have damaged something else as well or it got damaged in the process.

Vague answer I know but without the schematic it would be hard to find out without testing each component individually, unless there's obvious visible component damage on the board.

I couldn't find a free download online but here's a link to the [https://www.wdgreenhill.co.uk/product-page/cs9-service-manual|service manual] that may help.

Service manuals usually have schematic diagrams and a parts list. If you're lucky it may also have troubleshooting flowcharts as well.

Given the cost of the manual it may save a lot of time by getting it.
