I got the XM3, and I frequently have the ear pads replaced because it keeps peeling off. I am planning to upgrade to XM5, and I know that I'll need to replace the ear pads eventually. ***Can the ear pads be replaced by the user?*** Is it as easy as the XM3's or is it more difficult?
