Lowering refresh rate of monitor worked fine for me. I had similar problems with Samsung odyssey g7 on 240 Hz refresh rate. Monitor couldnt keep up with booting i guess so i missed boot screen and couldnt enter the bios. I don't think its power issue since i have 1000 W brand new psu of Platinium quality.
