When you say that the WiFi and BT are not working, do you mean that you cannot turn them on or that they're not picking up any signals?
If they turn on OK try using the WiFi as close as possible to the WiFi router i.e. <10 cm and then check if it works OK.
If so you may have an antenna problem.
The WiFi antenna (also is used for BT - both work on the 2.4GHz band) is the white coax cable that can be seen running between the top and bottom boards below the battery in the image you posted. The WiFi/BT chip is very close to the end of the antenna.
I haven't checked it out but here's a link to the [link|https://phonelumi.com/samsung-galaxy-a41-sm-a415f-schematics/|schematics] that may help

I don't know what the green or pink references mean but as you didn't say whether the WiFi turned on or not or whether it just wasn't picking up any signals, did you check the components as shown in the Wifi troubleshooting flowchart.

Also there is a diplexer between the antenna input and the WiFi IC so if it was just a case of not picking up signals the problem could be anywhere between the antenna and the WiFi IC and not the WiFi IC itself.
