Actually it worked once then did the same blacking out process, and now after massaging the back of the phone its working normally so probably was a loose connector, because if it was broken it wouldnt turn on at all. Also its an amoled display not an lcd. Thanks though.

I fixed it it was a loose connector i just pressed onto the back of the phone, for others looking for solutions above the samsung logo on the back is where to press.
