Unfortunately you can’t really fix a connectors pins without replacing the whole connector as they are very small and it could be too far gone
You will have to solder on a new one to fix the issue or replace the board/cable if it’s attached to one
-If you post a picture of the inside using this amazing guide I can confirm that for you as it could just need cleaner rather than replaced:-)
