Hi
The best thing to do here is to open it up and give everything a good clean with isopropyl alcohol and some cotton buds/q tips
When water comes into contact with electronics it can cause it to corrode which can cut the flow of electricity
-Once fully dismantled and cleaned inspec for any burn marks and broken traces as if you find any you can restore them by running a jumper wire or using diver conductive paint
