Between 7;40 minutes and 8:48 minutes into the video the WiFi antenna cables and the video cable are seen being disconnected from the motherboard and then the lid/display assembly is removed from the base assembly.
At 16:42 the screen bezel is being removed and by 20:45 the LCD panel is removed.
On the back of the LCD panel there should be a part number somewhere (sticker?) for the LCD panel. Search online using that information to find suppliers of a replacement LCD panel.
