Unfortunately iFixit does not yet have a guide for your phone, but fortunately they're not the only ones dedicated to do-it-yourself repair. There's a French site called SOSav that has a guide to replacing the charging port assembly on your phone. Here you go.
The parts seem to be readily available; here's a couple of the first ones I came across.
