Usually for these sort of tasks they use a heat plate for electronics and some thin gold wire that’s intended for these sorts of repairs

I do recommend the device for these sorts of repairs but for 95% of people is out of budget

However you can (sort of) replicate this by getting a heat place and putting it on a medium temperature and using some tape to hold it in place and using the gold wire to cut the adhesive

As for sticking the bezel back on:the tesa tape ifixit sells usually does a good job of that

You might also be able to use liquid adhesive
