Where is the Fuel Pump Control Module actually located?

2 dealerships have used my VIN to pull up and show me the diagram showing the FPCM located on the top end of the filler neck tube. I have told them both that it is not located there. I have visual confirmation. I have pulled the rubber boot where the filler neck terminates out of the firewall. There are no wires. When I questioned the dealerships one says it is actually inside the filler neck and the other says that it is somewhere around there. I have removed a lot of interior panels, carpet, backseat and even the rear wheel and splash guard. I have another diagram online that shows the module is located under the driver seat? Please someone help!!
