This can happen for multiple reasons. First thing I would do is write down the code or scan the QR with your mobile device which will take you to Microsoft knowledge base article for a possible cause. Then I would figure out what changed on the system to help rule out a recent Windows update, a hardware change or simply a driver or bios update.
