Macboook wont turn on, charger changes color when pressing power

So my macbook just stopped working. When I try to turn it on, it just won't. When I unplug the charger and battery and plug it back, it works, but after shutting it down from OS, the problem is back. Also when I put it back to charger, the light is orange and when i press the powerbutton, it changes color to green for 3 seconds and than changes back. I tried SMC and PRAM reset and still nothing. Any help please?
