I don't know why the image would be upside down, but here's an image the wiring diagram for the rear camera for the 2009-2015 Dodge Journey that may help.
When the camera is not working, turn the ignition on and shift the vehicle into reverse and check if the backup lights work and also check if 12V DC is appearing on pin 6 of the backup camera. If the voltage is there check if there is an earth on pin 5.
If there is voltage and earth you will have to check the continuity of the 3 wires going from the camera to the C3 plug of the radio.
