I have problem with my Hoover, is not Powering On, when plugged but I resembles it and tested the Active Components& Passive ones they all have lights on them even the switch yet is not working. How do I go about it. I tested the voltage regulator is work well, the Capacitors both the (Filter& polarize) they are well working, the Switch too is working perfectly. Don't know what else to do now

Please I need an Assistant on this
