Why does my Cinema Display just not work?

Nothing works on it, no sound, no charging, no nothing. Doesn’t even get detected by any mac I use.

(which includes, late 2009 poly MacBook, early 2009 20inch iMac and a late 2009 27inch iMac ) someone please have a fix for this as I’ve been dealing with it for a long time now
