Maybe look on the digitizer cable i.e. cable attached to digitizer, for any info or labels on it.

Here's a zoomed in image from Step.16 of the ifixit [guide|41581] guide to show where it might be.

If there is any search online for ''(insert info) digitizer'' to hopefully get results for suppliers
