-Everything's all good now I found out that if you unplugged the AV cable if you're using the standard three-color coated one and unplugged the Wii itself for a while the green screen is gone so the Wii works totally fine.
+Everything's all good now I found out that if you unplug the AV cable from the consulate itself as well as unplug the power cable from the outlet and just let it be for a while in my case I let be for an entire weekend I checked on it this Monday I reconnected everything and sure enough the green screen issue was gone.

+So my advice is disconnect the AV cable from the unit and disconnect the power from the outlet and let it be for the time I did or a little bit longer and the problem should go away.
