I have 2 Viera's. Both developed bad capacitors. You can tell by looking at the tops. They MUST be FLAT or CONCAVE. Any bulge means they need to be replaced. You can also feel and slight bulge with your fingers.

I am talking about the very large capacitors on the P board.
