Sadly i don't know how is this controller really build, but i guess it's the same problem like in xbox controller. Analog inside just got  broken. If you still have guarantee just send it back. If not, you need to replace it with new one. It's called '***FJ06K-S'*** probably. If you have soldering iron and some skills in soldering go ahead.
