-Have you checked that you have 240V being supplied to the dryer i.e. 2 x 120V AC.
+Have you checked that you have 240V AC being supplied to the dryer i.e. 2 x 120V AC?
If there is then here's the wiring diagram for the dryer which may help to find out why its not turning on.
