Replaced back - now have call & volume button problems

I replaced the back glass on an XS Max and now:
* the top volume button won't work (it glitches out)
* I can't be heard unless I'm on speaker phone
* I can't hear anything from my earpiece speaker. I have to use speaker mode in order to hear calls.
