I am running Open Core 4.5 and Monterey 12.4 on a MacBook 2011. That's kinda crazy but Open Core does allow for amazing things. Anyway, I replaced the 2011 Bluetooth (2.1) with this Bluetooth 4 card... and it is ''not'' recognized by Monterey. I think Apple phased the card out as they've moved on to a more sophisticated one in (non-Open Core) Monterey capable machines.
