@pponthep if it is your disk that is crooked in there it probably jams the drive. Not sure what you mean by the wheel and how it is locked. The drive should normally eject the drive after you unplug it and then apply power to it again. Post a larger image with your QUESTION. This seems to be a bit small for my eyes:-)
