My coffee making is cycling through the small cup setting twice

Hi. I've owned the Ninja coffee maker for a few years now. It has now started to overflow when brewing. I noticed today that when I select the small cup it goes through that cycle twice, overflowing the 8 oz. cup. I've cleaned the maker with vinegar and cleaned above the filter basket. It seems like a problem with the size selector switch. Is that easy to fix?
