The [https://www.tcl.com/usca/content/dam/tcl/product/home-theater/5-series/download/GoogleTV%20User%20Guide_US0929.pdf|user manual] is not that explicit as it doesn't give all the options that are there but maybe check the ''audio out delay'' setting in Settings > Audio.

According to the manual this corrects timing mismatches between the audio and video tracks. This option is only available when Digital audio out is set to PCM
Also check if there are any advanced options for the HDMI connections.

Does the TV have a designated HDMI-ARC port? Maybe swap the HDMI cables from the speaker and the player over and check if this resolves the problem. Turn of the power to all devices before unplugging/plugging HDMI cables as you can damage the HDMI controllers by "hot swapping".

Have you checked if the TV firmware (software) is up to date just to see if there are any system updates. Go to Settings > System > About.
