My new iFixit battery doesn't plug in

I have just bought a new battery from iFixit, but the connector doesn't plug in. I am 100% positive I have the right hole to plug it into, and I spent a entire 30 minutes, not exaggerating, trying to plug this in. How can I plug it in and have the little snap happen?
