Elio Ponti looks like the logic board 820-2936 from a Apple MacBook Pro 13" A1278. First you need to identify your computer for us to make sure we have the right information. Next you want to stop using it. It does not look all that healthy and messing with power on etc. could just spell the end of this board. After that, remove the board and clean it properly with some high grade (+95%) isopropyl alcohol. At minimum you need a couple of caps replaced, as well as the display data connector. Also, pull the display cable and see what that looks like. I would think it has some damage as well. Again, clean up first and do not turn it on anymore until fixed.
