Depending on how you did the cleaning, there are different things that may have happened.
Can you specify what you mean by "ATK package is missing"?

When cleaning electronics from the outside you need to be really careful if you use some kind of liquid. Do NOT use much of the liquid at all, make sure that the cloth only is slightly damp.
This is important since electronics and liquids like water don't mix well together, so the problem could be caused by water damage to internal components.[br]
To be able to solve this kind of damage, you will need to take the laptop apart and clean connectors etc. using +90% isopropyl alcohol to remove corrosion caused by the water damage.

If you have taken the computer apart for the cleaning, the most likely cause is that one or a few connectors got a little bit loose and you just need to make sure that they are connected properly.[br]
Cables/connectors could also have been damaged during the cleaning, in this case, you may need to find spare parts to be able to repair the computer.
