Golf variant Mk6 Tail gate lock

My Golf mk6 variant does not work rear gate switch and rear gate rock. and push rear gate open buttun of remote key.  this also does not work.

I replaced rear gate rock with new one. but it does not work.

Do you have any recommendation how to resolve this problem?
