I had a similar issue when printing double sided. It was caused due to Microsoft Word having the 'Print pages in reverse order' checkbox ticked under File > Options > Advanced: [br]

To resolve the issue I unticked the option and use the 'Reverse Order' option within the printer driver dialog instead so it's handled correctly by the printer:[br]
