Need to replace bottom edge of sleeve cuff

I need to replace that narrow sleeve edge “binding” on a nano puff jacket.  I’ve visited the local sewing stores to find replacement fabric but not finding it.  Does anyone - Patagonia? - know what it is/how to describe it/ where I can get the edging Patagonia uses on its jacket sleeves?  Thanks.
