For everyone who has commented on this, I can understand your frustration as your controller has failed in some way or another.
You guys can try:
Taking apart the device and reseating the Ribbon cables
Checking the solder connections
Checking the voltage on components related to these devices and actions (Requires multimeterO
The further down this list you go, the more advanced it is. Hope this fixes the issues you are all having otherwise if you haven’t already please contact sony support.
